List of documents for maritime practice

1. A referral from the educational institution about the internship (original). After checking the documents, an invoice for payment will be issued.
2. Copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine, book (pages 1,2,11) or a copy of the passport in the form of an ID card + extract.
3. Statement from parents.
4. Copy of medical examination.
5. Certificate of familiarization, initial training and safety briefing for all seafarers (copy). If this certificate is not available, it can be obtained at the Training Center after training.
6. Internship program. 

After checking the documents, an invoice for payment is issued. 

After paying the bill, a safety briefing is conducted and an order for internship is issued.

From the moment of payment for the internship to the signing of the internship order, the period is approximately ten days.

Вартість проходження практики – 60 гривень в день без врахування ПДВ.

Вартість вступного інструктажу – 300 гривень без врахування ПДВ.

Вартість разової перепустки на територію порту – 23 гривні.

The permanent permit bureau is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. From 09:00 to 16:00.
